You can fund your Cash Account in several ways, depending on your preferences and needs.
🏦 1. By bank transfer (recommended)
This is the simplest and most cost-effective method.
From your bank, make a SEPA transfer to the IBAN associated with your Bitstack account.
Standard or instant SEPA transfers are free.
The transfer generally appears in your Bitstack account within a few seconds (for instant transfers) or within 1 to 2 business days (for standard transfers).
💳 2. By bank card
You can also add funds instantly using your bank card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
This method is fast and convenient, but fees of 0.70% apply to the deposited amount.
The amount is credited immediately to your Bitstack account.
💡 Good to know
If you have set up recurring purchases, make sure your Cash Account is sufficiently funded, so your purchases can run automatically.
You can also schedule a recurring transfer from your bank to your Cash Account to simplify deposit management.
To retrieve the IBAN of your Cash Account, go to the “Cash” tab, then tap on your account (only the last three digits are displayed).
