🔗 How do I link my bank account?
To sync your bank account with Bitstack:
Go to the Home tab
Tap your profile picture or initials (top right corner)
Tap Linked accounts
Select Link a bank account
Choose your bank from the list
Sign in with your usual banking credentials 🔐
✅ Once connected, Bitstack will display your accounts available for round-ups.
🏦 Which banks are supported?
Bitstack uses Tink (a VISA company) and Powens, two trusted providers for secure bank connections in Europe.

🤔 Can I use Bitstack without linking a bank account?
Yes, you can!
You’ll still be able to:
Make one-time Bitcoin purchases
Set up a recurring investment plan
But the round-up feature won’t be available unless your account is linked.
🔐 Is the connection secure?
Absolutely. All connections comply with European PSD2 regulations.
Bitstack never sees or stores your banking credentials.
The connection is managed by Tink or Powens, who are only granted read-only access to your accounts.
This access expires automatically after 180 days and must then be renewed.
❓ I don’t recognize the numbers shown in the app
The numbers shown next to your linked account typically refer to the last 4 digits of your IBAN.
If you don’t recognize them, they may be an internal bank ID, not normally visible to you — often for sub-accounts or savings accounts.
👥 Can I link my partner’s bank account?
Bitstack accounts are personal and individual, tied to the user who passed identity verification.
For now, joint or shared accounts are not supported.
👫 If your partner wants to use Bitstack too, share your referral link! You’ll both receive €5 in Bitcoin once they’ve invested €100 🎉
