Go to the Bitstack app
Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner of the app's home screen
Select Help — here you can scroll through FAQs to see if your answer is there
If you need to reach us directly, tap the Send us a message button and describe your issue in as much detail as possible (include screenshots if you can).

Is there a Bitstack contact number?
We don’t offer a contact number or phone support for most customer service needs. This helps reduce phone fraud attempts, and keeps our support fast and secure.
By keeping our customer support within the app wherever possible, you'll always know when you're talking to us.
Can I email Bitstack?
If you’re having trouble logging in to the app and can’t access the chat, you can contact us at support@bitstack-app.com. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
