Adding a bank card
Tap your profile picture or initials in the top right corner.
Tap Payment methods.
Select Add a payment method.
Enter your card details.
Tap Save.
Follow the verification steps provided by your bank.
Your bank may ask you to confirm the addition via a code sent by SMS or through your banking app (3D Secure authentication). Complete this step to ensure your card is saved successfully.
Removing a bank card
Tap your profile picture or initials in the top right corner.
Tap Payment methods.
Select the card you want to remove.
Tap Remove card at the bottom of the page.
Your card is immediately removed from your account.
Are American Express cards accepted?
It is currently not possible to buy Bitcoin with an American Express card on Bitstack. This restriction is enforced directly by American Express, which blocks payments to cryptocurrency platforms.
You can however connect your American Express account to track your round-ups. These round-ups will then be charged to another bank card registered on your account.
