You can close your Bitstack account at any time directly from the application. To initiate the account closure process, follow these steps:
Click on your profile photo or your initials in the top-right corner of the app.
Navigate to Profile
Select Close My Account
Before you go:
Make sure to sell your Bitcoin or transfer it to an external wallet (BTC address).
If you have a pending sale, you’ll be able to close your account once it’s complete.
