My card isn’t working, what should I check?

If you experience an issue with your card, we recommend checking in the app that:

  • The card is not frozen

  • The physical card is activated, if applicable

  • Online or international payments are enabled, depending on the type of transaction

  • Your spending limits have not been reached

  • Your Cash Account balance is sufficient

If the issue persists, support will be able to assist you.
