Enter a custom amount or press Max to sell all your bitcoin

Select one of your linked bank accounts or add a new bank account (you can link a new bank account or manually add a bank account by entering your IBAN)

1. Tap the Wallet tab on your Bitstack app
2. Press Sell
3. Enter a custom amount or press Max to sell all your bitcoin
4. Select one of your linked bank accounts or add a new bank account (you can link a new bank account or manually add a bank account by entering your IBAN)
5. Press Sell to confirm

Note: When you sell bitcoin, Bitstack instantly converts your bitcoin into euros and automatically initiates a wire transfer to send the funds back to your bank account. It then takes up to 5 business days to receive the funds.

If your transfer did not arrive in your bank account following your sale :

There are 3 reasons why you may not have received your funds after 5 working days:

Your transfer may have been sent to a sub-account linked to your bank account. This can happen when your bank sends us the IBANs of your savings accounts, without allowing us to distinguish between them. In this case, simply check your various subaccounts.

Your transfer may have been returned by your bank to Bitstack. This can happen when the bank only accepts transfers from an account in your name (e.g. PayPal, Trade Republic, etc.). If this is the case, please send us a new RIB in your name linked to another bank account.

Our bank may have encountered an error in executing your transfer. This may be due to a typing error in the IBAN. If this is the case, your sale will appear in the “Activity” tab as “In progress” after 5 working days.
