How do I create a Bitstack account?

Creating a Bitstack account is simple and quick. The sign-up process takes place directly in the mobile app.

Steps to create your account

  1. Download the Bitstack app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

  2. Open the app and tap "Sign up".

  3. Enter your phone number.

  4. Enter the confirmation code received by SMS.

  5. Enter your email address.

  6. Choose a password.

  7. Fill in the required information accurately and complete identity verification.

Once these steps are complete, your account is created.

Some features may remain limited until identity verification is finalised. Processing typically takes between 24 and 48 hours on weekdays, and up to 72 hours on weekends and public holidays.

Requirements

To create a Bitstack account, you must:

  • be 18 years of age or older,

  • reside in a country where Bitstack is available,

  • provide information that is accurate and matches your real identity.

You will also need to indicate whether you:

  • are a politically exposed person (PEP),

  • work in certain regulated sectors.

This information is collected in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Link your bank account

This step is optional, but it is required to activate the round-ups feature.

  • Link your bank account.

  • Add a payment method to allow weekly round-up debits.

Bitstack can never access your banking credentials.
