Why does Bitstack need this information?
We ask for this information as a security measure to ensure our customers have a safe and secure experience - it helps prevent fraud and increases account security.
How do I provide the requested information?
If you are asked for additional verification, you will receive an e-mail with a button to send us the documents via the application.
For all other requested information, simply reply to the original email with your answers—be as complete and thorough as possible.

What happens next?
Once you've provided the requested info, we'll review your account to make sure everything looks good. These reviews usually take around 5-7 days, but can take longer. We'll reach out as soon as we have an update.
After the review is complete, if we've determined that your account has all of the correct and required information, we'll remove the account restrictions.
