⚠️ The cash account is currently being rolled out gradually. This means it is not yet available to all users, but will be activated progressively over the coming weeks. How to open a Bitstack cash account?
Open the Bitstack app.
Go to the Cash tab.
Tap Open an account and follow the on-screen instructions: create a 6-digit security code, verify your identity, and provide your tax residence information.
Once your request is approved, your French IBAN will be available immediately.
How long does it take?
Opening your account is very fast : it only takes a few minutes if no additional documents are required. Your account is operational immediately after validation.
Which documents are needed?
For regulatory reasons, you will simply need to:
Verify your identity (in some cases, a new identity verification may be requested).
Confirm your tax residence (in some cases, supporting documentation may be required).
Will I receive a real IBAN?
Yes. You receive a unique, personalised French IBAN that you can use to receive transfers (salary, reimbursements, etc.) or make SEPA payments.
