Making a transfer from your cash account

Here are the steps to send euros from your Bitstack cash account to an external bank account:

  1. Open your Bitstack app

  2. Tap the Send tab

  3. Select the bank account to which you want to transfer funds or tap "New beneficiary" if you haven't registered one yet.

  4. Make sure the name and IBAN match exactly what is registered with the beneficiary's bank. An automatic check will be performed to verify this.

  5. When validating the beneficiary, a security page appears: enter your security code set when activating your cash account, or use Face ID to confirm.

  6. Once validated, enter the amount you wish to send, then tap Continue.

  7. Review the transfer summary, then tap Confirm to finalise the transfer if everything is correct.

Transfers are instant if the beneficiary's bank supports instant transfers. Otherwise, a delay of two business days applies.

Adding a new beneficiary

Here are the steps to add a new beneficiary:

  1. Tap the Send tab

  2. Select New beneficiary

  3. Choose the IBAN option

  4. Fill in the required information: the account holder's first and last name and the associated IBAN

  5. Tap Continue to confirm
