By bank transfer (recommended)
This is the simplest and most cost-effective method.
From your bank, send a SEPA transfer to the IBAN linked to your Bitstack account.
Standard and instant SEPA transfers are both free of charge.
The transfer typically appears on your Bitstack account within a few seconds (for instant transfers) or within 1 to 2 business days (for standard transfers).
By bank card
You can also add funds instantly using your bank card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
This method is fast and convenient, but a 0.70% fee applies to the deposited amount.
The amount is credited immediately to your Bitstack account.
Good to know
If you have set up recurring purchases, make sure your cash account is sufficiently funded so that your purchases can be executed automatically.
You can also set up a recurring transfer from your bank to your cash account to simplify the management of your deposits.
To retrieve the IBAN of your cash account, go to the "Cash" tab, then tap on your account (only the last three digits are displayed).
