Creating a Bitstack account is simple and quick. Registration is completed directly through the mobile app.
Steps to create your account:
Download the Bitstack app from the App Store or Google Play Store,
open the app and tap “Sign up”,
enter your email address and create a secure password,
confirm your email address using the link you receive,
provide the requested information (identity, contact details, personal information),
complete identity verification if required.
Once these steps are completed, your account is created.
Some features may remain limited until identity verification is fully completed.

Requirements
You must be 18 years old or older,
you must reside in a country where Bitstack is available,
the information provided must be accurate and match your real identity
You will also need to indicate whether you:
are a politically exposed person (PEP),
work in certain regulated sectors,
act on behalf of a company or a third party
This information is collected in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Link your bank account
This step is optional, but it is required to activate round-ups:
Link your bank account (read-only access only),
add a payment method to enable weekly round-up debits

Account security
To protect your account:
Choose a unique and secure password,
enable the security options available in the app,
never share your login details with anyone
Once your account is active, you can set up automatic round-ups, make your first Bitcoin purchase, or schedule recurring purchases.
