How to proceed?

Here are the steps to link your bank account with Bitstack:

  1. Tap your profile picture or initials in the top right corner

  2. Tap Linked accounts

  3. Tap Link bank account

  4. Choose your bank from the list

  5. Log in with your usual banking credentials

Once connected, Bitstack will display your available accounts for round-ups.

Can I use Bitstack without linking my bank account?

Yes, you can.

You can:

  • Make one-time purchases of Bitcoin

  • Set up a recurring savings plan

However, round-ups will not be available unless your bank account is linked.

Is the bank connection secure?

Bitstack never has access to your banking credentials.

The connection is established via Tink or Powens, which only have read-only access to your accounts.

This authorisation expires automatically every 180 days. After this period, access is revoked.

I don't recognise the numbers shown in the app

The numbers displayed next to your linked accounts often correspond to the last 4 digits of your IBAN.

If you don't recognise them, they may be an internal bank identifier, normally invisible to you.

Can I link my partner's account?

Bitstack accounts are strictly individual, linked to the person who completed identity verification.

If your partner also wants to use Bitstack, invite them with your referral link. You will each receive 5 € in Bitcoin once they have saved 100 €.
