Sending Bitcoin
Bitstack offers two methods to send Bitcoin.
Method 1 — Send to a Bitcoin address (blockchain)
Go to the Send tab in the app.
Tap New recipient, then Bitcoin wallet.
Scan the QR code or enter the recipient's Bitcoin address manually.
Select the name of the destination platform or wallet.
Enter the amount you want to send (minimum: 10,000 satoshis).
Choose a transaction speed — this determines the fees and processing time.
Tap Continue, review the details, then tap Confirm.
Method 2 — Send to a Bitstack user (free)
Go to the Send tab in the app.
Tap New recipient, then Bitstack Pay.
Search for the recipient by name, phone number, or email.
Enter the amount (minimum: €0.01 or 1 satoshi).
Tap Continue, review the details, then tap Confirm.
Transfers between Bitstack users are instant and free of charge.
Receiving Bitcoin
Go to the Savings tab in the app.
Tap the arrow to the right of the Sell button.
Tap Receive.
Share your QR code or copy your Bitcoin address.
Supported networks
Bitstack only supports the main Bitcoin network. This ensures the security of your transactions.
The Lightning Network is not yet available on Bitstack. This is a feature we would like to add in the future.
