How to contact support directly from the Bitstack app

We are committed to protecting your money and your data. When you have a question, you can reach our team through the secure chat built directly into the app.

  1. Open the Bitstack app.

  2. Tap the profile icon in the top right corner of the home screen.

  3. Select Help Center. Tap Find an answer to browse the FAQ and see if your question is already covered.

  4. If you need to reach us directly, tap Send us a message and follow the path that matches your request. Describe your issue as clearly as possible and add screenshots if you can. At any point, you can ask to be connected with an agent.

Our team is available Monday to Friday from 8am to 10pm, and on weekends from 9am to 8pm (CET).


Find answers in the Help Center

Before contacting us, check our Help Center. It brings together frequently asked questions, guides, and step-by-step instructions.

You can search by keyword or browse topics directly from the app or via our website.


Bitstack has no phone number

We do not offer phone support. Our only official channels are the in-app chat and the email address support@bitstack-app.com.

If you receive a call from someone claiming to be a member of the Bitstack team, hang up immediately. It is not us.

Bitstack will never contact you by phone and will never ask you to take action on your account, share a code, a password, or any personal information.

If you have shared personal information or made a transfer following a call of this kind, contact us immediately via the in-app chat and change your password.


Can I email Bitstack?

If you cannot log in to the app and do not have access to the chat, you can reach us at support@bitstack-app.com. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you have access to the app, the in-app chat is the preferred channel.


Spotted something suspicious?

If you have noticed unusual activity on your account or believe you may be the victim of fraud, contact us immediately via the in-app chat.

Our team will help you secure your account.
