Bitstack occasionally offers promotional codes. These codes are sent by email or shared through partners. Each code comes with specific conditions that are stated at the time of communication.
How to enter your promo code
Open the Bitstack app.
Tap your profile (your initials or photo in the top right corner of the screen).
Select "Promo code".
Enter your code exactly as it was shared with you, including capitalisation.
Confirm by tapping "Validate".
If the code is valid and you meet the required conditions, the reward is automatically credited to your account.
Good to know: A promo code can only be used once per account. Make sure it is still active before entering it, as codes have an expiry date.
Why isn't my promo code working?
Several reasons may prevent a code from being applied:
The code has expired.
You do not meet the required conditions (for example, you have never saved Bitcoin on Bitstack before).
The code has already been used on this account.
There is a typo in the entry (e.g., extra space, incorrect capitalisation, etc.).
