How do I activate the physical card?
To activate the card:
make a payment at a merchant, or
make a withdrawal at an ATM.
In both cases, you will need to enter your PIN code.
Once this first transaction is completed, the card is fully activated.
Can I use my card before receiving the physical card?
Not yet. You must wait until you receive your physical card before you can use it for your first purchase.
Why does my card appear as "not activated"?
If the card appears as not activated, it simply means that the physical card has not yet been used with the PIN code.
