Activate the card in the app
Before using your card, you need to activate it in the Bitstack app.
Open the Bitstack app.
Go to the Cash tab.
Select your physical card.
Tap Activate card.
Enter the 6-digit passcode you set up when opening your Bitstack cash account.

Once the access code is confirmed, your card is activated in the app. You can then:
view your card PIN and card numbers,
access card settings,
make online payments.
Complete activation with a first transaction
To enable contactless payment, you need to make one physical transaction using your card PIN. Make sure your Bitstack cash account is funded beforehand.
Perform one of the following:
A payment at a merchant with card PIN entry, or
A cash withdrawal at an ATM with card PIN entry.
Once this transaction is completed, contactless payment is available and your card is fully activated.
Can I use my card before receiving the physical card?
Not yet. You must wait until you receive your physical card before you can use it for your first purchase.
Why does my Bitstack card appear as "not activated"?
If your card appears as not activated, it simply means the physical card has not yet been used with the card PIN, or has not yet been activated in the app.
