How do I order the Bitstack card?
You can place your order directly from the app.
Open the app.
Go to the Cash tab.
Select Order a card.
Choose your PIN.
Enter your delivery address.
Review the price summary (€9,99 + delivery fee).
Select your payment method (cash account, bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay) and complete payment.
Your order is confirmed when the success screen appears at the end of the process.
Why doesn't the order option appear in the app?
If the Order a card option is not visible in the Cash tab, it means the card is not yet available for your account.
The rollout is gradual. The option will appear automatically once it becomes available for you.
When does my card go into production?
Once your order is confirmed, your card generally enters production the following day.
What are the delivery times?
Once in production, allow:
up to 10 business days for metropolitan France
up to 3 weeks for overseas territories
These are estimates and may vary slightly.
I haven't received my card yet. Is this normal?
Yes, this can be normal if the delivery window for your address has not yet passed.
If that delay has been exceeded, please contact support so we can check the status of your order.
