You can update your postal address directly in the app if you are staying in the same country. If you are moving to a different country, our support team will need to handle the change.
You are staying in the same country
If your new address is in the same country as your current address, you can make the change directly in the app:
Go to Account (your initials or profile picture in the top right corner)
Tap Profile
Select the Address tab
Update your information, then confirm
You are moving to a different country
If your new address is in a different country, the change cannot be made directly in the app.

A proof of address dated less than 3 months may be required to validate the change.
