It is essential to provide a valid, personal address that you can access at all times.
To change your email address:
Tap your profile picture or initials in the top right corner
Tap Profile
Tap the Email tab
Enter your new email address in the field provided
Click the confirmation link received in your new inbox
The change only takes effect after validation from your new email address. Check the spelling before confirming.
No longer have access to your Bitstack account or your email address?
If you no longer have access to your Bitstack account and your email address, you cannot make this change on your own.
Contact our support team at support@bitstack-app.com, specifying the email address associated with your account. Our team will carry out the necessary checks and assist you in updating your email address securely.
