Tap your initials or your profile picture in the top right corner of the app.
Select Change password.
You will receive an email with a link to set a new password.
If you are not logged in to your account
Open the Bitstack app.
On the login screen, tap Forgot password?
Enter the email address linked to your Bitstack account.
You will receive an email with a link to set a new password.
Not receiving the email? Check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you are using the email address linked to your Bitstack account.
Tips for a secure password
Use at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
Accepted special characters are: ^ $ * . [ ] { } ( ) ? " ! @ # % & / \ , > < ' : ; | _ ~ `
In some cases, our system may consider a password insufficiently secure even if all criteria are met. If this happens, strengthen it by increasing its length or adding more variety to the characters used.
Never share your password with anyone, including the Bitstack support team.
