At Bitstack, each payment method has its own purchase limit. This limit is calculated based on a rolling 7-day period.
This means that the limit does not reset on a fixed day of the week (like Monday), but is continuously recalculated based on your activity over the past 7 days.
🧠 Example:
If you make a €1,000 payment on a Wednesday at 2:00 PM, this amount will count toward your limit until the following Wednesday at 2:00 PM. After that time, the €1,000 will be automatically released, allowing you to reuse that amount within your authorized limit.
This system gives you more flexibility to invest at your own pace, without being constrained by a fixed calendar.
🔍 You can check your current limits at any time by going to your profile (initial or photo in the top right corner) > Account Limits.
How can I increase my purchase limit?
To increase your limits, please make a request through our customer support — we’ll be happy to assist you. A document request will be initiated via the app. This request requires the collection of the following documents:
A proof of address (dated within the last 3 months) showing your full name and address (e.g., a phone, internet, or electricity bill, or a rental agreement);
A declaration of the source of the deposited funds or your overall wealth, along with supporting documents (e.g., a payslip, loan agreement, brokerage/investment statement, property sale document, a copy of a will, grant of probate or donation letter, or any other document that can justify the origin of your funds);
Your most recent tax notice. If you have never filed a tax return, you can instead provide your last three bank statements (applicable if you are a student or in your first year of employment).
