Your card may restrict or block online payments.
You've reached your bank's spending or withdrawal limits.
Your bank flagged the transaction as suspicious or potentially fraudulent.
How to Fix the Issue
To resolve the problem, follow these steps:
Check your banking app or online account:
Make sure online payments are enabled
Ensure you have sufficient balance
Confirm your spending limits haven’t been reached
Contact your bank:
Let them know you're trying to make a payment via Bitstack
Ask them to approve future transactions
Retry the payment manually:
Open the Activity tab in the Bitstack app
Select the failed transaction
Tap Retry
Remove and re-add your card:
This can re-authorize your card with Bitstack through your bank.
Try a different card, if available.
