Examples of international dialling codes: +33 for France, +596 for Martinique, +687 for New Caledonia.
If you no longer remember your old phone number, mention it in your message. Our team will process your request with the information available.
Please contact support only from the email address registered on your account. This allows us to verify your identity and handle your request securely.
What happens next?
Once your request has been processed:
You will be logged out of the application.
Log back in using your email address and password.
You will receive a verification code by SMS on your new number.
Enter this code in the app.
You will be asked to verify your identity in the app to confirm it is you.
