To update your phone number, we need :
Your old phone number
Your new phone number
Be sure to include the local prefix of your phone number if possible. Example: “+33” in France, “+49” in Germany, “+34” in Spain, etc.
If you don't remember your old phone number, you can give us the e-mail address associated with your Bitstack account.
Once we've received this information, our team will update the phone number associated with your Bitstack account. Please note that you will be logged out of the app and must log back into your Bitstack account with your email and password. Bitstack will then send you a verification code by SMS to your new phone number, which you must enter in the app. For security reasons, you must verify your identity in the app to unlock your account. This allows us to verify that it is really you.
