How to change my phone number?

To update your phone number, please contact our customer support and provide the following information:

👉 If you don’t remember your old number, you can provide the email address linked to your Bitstack account instead.

Once we receive the required information, our team will update your phone number.

You will be logged out of the app, and you’ll need to log in again using your email and password.

A verification code will be sent to your new phone number via SMS, which you’ll need to enter in the app.

For security reasons, you’ll also need to verify your identity in the app to unlock your account — this ensures it's really you.
