Bitstack Plus is an optional subscription that adds extra benefits to your Bitstack account. You are never subscribed automatically: it only activates if you sign up for it.

What are the Bitcoin buy/sell fees on Standard?
As of August 31, 2026 at 10:00 AM (Paris time), Standard fees depend on your cumulative Bitcoin buy/sell volume over the last 30 days:

How much does the Plus subscription cost and how is it billed?
Monthly: €2.99 per month.
Annual: €29.99 in a single payment, or about €2.50 per month.
Your subscription works on a rolling period: it starts on the date you subscribe, not at the beginning of the calendar month or year.
The annual subscription also includes the Bitstack Card and its delivery.
How can I pay for my Plus subscription?
You can pay for your Bitstack Plus subscription from your cash account or with a debit/credit card.
Can I change my mind after subscribing?
Yes. When you first subscribe to Bitstack Plus, you have 14 days from the subscription date to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification or fees. This right applies only to your first subscription and therefore does not apply if you resubscribe to Bitstack Plus after having cancelled a previous subscription.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us directly through the app.
Since your Plus benefits are activated as soon as you subscribe, if you ordered the Bitstack Card at a reduced or free rate during this period, the refunded amount may be adjusted accordingly.
How do I cancel my Plus subscription after this 14-day period?
You can cancel at any time from the app. Cancellation does not immediately end your Plus benefits:
If you're on the monthly plan, you keep Plus until the end of the month already paid for.
If you're on the annual plan, you keep Plus until your annual renewal date.
No refund or pro-rata adjustment is applied in the case of voluntary cancellation once the 14-day withdrawal period has passed.
What happens if a payment fails at renewal?
If your subscription payment fails at renewal time, you automatically receive a 5-calendar-day grace period.
During this period, your Plus benefits remain fully active and your service is not interrupted. If payment is settled within these 5 days, your subscription resumes normally, with no change to your renewal date.
What happens to my Savings Goals if I leave Bitstack Plus?
Your existing Goals are kept, even beyond the limit that applies outside of Plus. You don't need to close any of them.
However, as long as you exceed this limit, you cannot create new ones.
